Usually, yes. The downhill side gains ceiling height and natural light, and slab floors simplify turf. The one watch-item is sun glare on camera-based monitors, which we solve with shade placement and lighting design.
Does Smoke Rise's private-community setup affect the project?
Only logistically: gate access for deliveries and installers, which we coordinate in advance. The builds themselves are standard scope.
