Custom Golf Simulator Rooms, Designed From Your Walls In
Not a kit in a room. A room built for golf: padded panels, tensioned impact screen, room-length turf, projection, sound, and lighting designed as one system.
More Than a Screen. A Room Built Around Golf.
A custom simulator is not just about the technology. It is about the way the entire room comes together — clean, protected, comfortable, and built to feel complete.
Padded Wall Finishes
Padded walls add protection, comfort, and a premium finished look. They help soften the room visually while protecting surrounding surfaces from stray shots and everyday use.
Clean, Tight, Professional Screens
A custom simulator starts with a properly fitted impact screen. We size, frame, and tension the screen so it looks clean, sharp, and intentional, not loose, wavy, or temporarily installed.
Lighting Designed for Golf
Proper lighting makes the room feel complete and helps improve the playing experience. We focus on clean, controlled lighting that supports visibility without creating harsh glare on the screen.
Built-In Room Feel
A finished simulator should feel like it belongs in the home. Every surface, edge, and transition is planned so the room feels designed around the golf, not like equipment added afterward.
Technology Placement
Projectors, launch monitors, displays, speakers, and controls need to be positioned correctly. Clean placement helps the simulator perform properly while keeping the room organized and polished.
Comfort Beyond the Swing
A great simulator room is not only for hitting balls. Seating, viewing areas, sound, lighting, and finishes all work together to create a space that feels comfortable for practice, entertainment, and everyday use.
Designed like a theater, engineered like a range
Our design process starts with how you'll actually use the room. Daily practice? League nights with friends? A showpiece for entertaining? The answers change the layout: hitting position, seating, sightlines, even where the door should swing.
Then we engineer backwards from your room's fixed realities: ceiling height, beams, ductwork, and depth. We produce a layout with real dimensions (ball-to-screen distance, projector throw, swing clearance for righties and lefties) before you commit to anything. Most full-swing rooms require a minimum of 9–10 ft of ceiling; we confirm your exact fit during the site survey rather than guessing.
Because we're an AV integration studio first, the technology layer of projection, multi-zone audio, network, and control is native to how we build, not an afterthought bolted on. See what your room needs, or jump straight to typical NJ costs.

Frequently asked questions
What does a fully custom simulator room cost in NJ?
Most fully finished custom rooms land between $30,000 and $60,000. Premium builds (TrackMan or Golfzon systems, theater hybrids, extensive padding and millwork) commonly exceed $60,000. The cost guide breaks down what moves the number.
Can the room double as a home theater?
Yes, and it's one of our favorite builds. With the right screen choice, projector, seating layout, and audio design, one room handles full-swing golf and movie nights. It needs to be planned that way from the start; retrofitting a hybrid is much harder.
Do you design around existing finished basements?
Often, yes. If your basement is already finished we design around existing walls and flooring where possible, and tell you plainly when a section needs to be opened up, for example to recess a projector or run conduit cleanly.
How do lefty/righty households work in a custom room?
Width permitting, we center the hitting zone so both-handed play works without moving equipment. In narrower rooms we design an offset layout and are upfront about the trade-offs before you build.
Who does the construction work?
We handle the simulator-specific build (enclosure, padding, turf, screen, technology) and coordinate licensed trades where structural, electrical, or HVAC work is required. One point of responsibility either way.
